Forza HJK - Rabblers at 25th July

Our english friends are coming to Helsinki in July. Welcome !! Mick, Hutty and the others lads ..

Last years visit was quite success and the friendship match was a marvellous happening. This year our friends are coming for longer time to Helsinki, so we arrange more happenings together and our quests can see more of Helsinki. The Rabblers support Dulwich Hamlet FC from London. http://www.dulwichhamletfc.co.uk/

Ok, here is schedule for this years visit:

Thu 23th. Mick and some others lads arrive to Helsinki. HJK plays European League match at home that evening at  7.00 PM. And we surely watch that match together. FC Lahti has also European League Match at same time in Lahti town.. Those who wish see that match(FC Lahti with Jari Litmanen), can take the local Z-train to Lahti. The trip lasts 1 hour and costs 13,80 each direction. That train starts once in hour.

Fri 24th. 1st Division Klubi04 - FC Popa at Finnair Stadium at 7:00 PM. Klubi-04 is reserve team of HJK.

Sat 25th. The great matchday !! This time the friendship match will be played in Brahe Ground in Kallio area. The game will start at 11 AM and should last 2*45 min. We have dressing rooms with showers at Brahe ground and lot of pubs nearby  
After the match we have fine refreshment at Swimming Stadium and lunch at Restaurant Happydayz. And probably a lot of beer on Saturday

Sun 26th. The classic match HJK -Haka at Finnair Stadium at 6:30 PM. Before match we can probable visit HJK's office and fan shop.

Mon 27th. Our friends leave Helsinki.

Great day again today. We had planned to watch Klubi04-Popa match today, but that heavy raining forced us to stay in Happy Dayz and drink beer together. But we hope that on Saturday when we meet at Brahe ground, it willl nice weather.

Forza HJK vs Rabblers today at Bragu field was a dramatic and hot match at sunny and swetty circumstances. Both teams showed good spirit and attacking attitude. The first 20-25 minutes were controlled by Rabblers and first goal was made by Max with nice shot to the left corner, but then - step by step - Forza took  the control and two brilliant goals were made by Sami Seppänen. First of them was total show conducted by Mika Galkin (wonderful high ball to the box) and the second one was created by Pasi Miettinen (assist to Sami from the byline). Second half was total pressure by Forza (at least eight corner kicks), but no more goals, so the final result was 2-1. Excellent and equal referee work was made by Andy Kyrö. At the moment both teams are having lot of beers at the Kallion Kulma.
